Mr & Mrs Fisher – Club Mulwala Wedding Photographer

A calm, connected wedding day by the water | Club Mulwala, NSW Wedding Photographer

Some wedding days stay with you, not because they were loud or elaborate, but because of how they felt. Glen and Miranda’s day at Club Mulwala, followed by photos on the edge of the lake in New South Wales, was exactly that. Calm, connected, and full of genuine joy.

From the very beginning, their wedding felt unhurried. The water nearby set the tone, soft light across the lake, a gentle breeze, and that sense of ease that naturally comes when you’re surrounded by people you love. There was no rush, no pressure to perform. Just presence.

Their ceremony was one of those rare moments where laughter and emotion exist side by side. Smiles came easily. Jokes were shared. It was clear how deeply Glen and Miranda know one another, and how comfortable they are simply being themselves. The kind of love that doesn’t need to be dressed up, it already shines.

After the ceremony, we wandered down to the lake for photos. The water was calm, the light was kind, and the atmosphere felt playful and relaxed. Glen and Miranda laughed their way through it all, walking, talking, pausing to take it in. These were moments that didn’t need directing, only space to unfold.

Family is at the heart of their story. Throughout the day, there were quiet check-ins, shared glances, long hugs, and moments of genuine connection. A deep love for their people, and for the life they’re building together, was woven into every part of the celebration. As the day continued, the fun came naturally. Conversations flowed, laughter carried across the lake, and the evening settled in with that warm, content feeling that only comes from a day well lived.

A calm wedding, gently told.
